Thorpe Industrial Estate is the largest industrial estate in the borough. The 18 hectare park is home to a diverse range of businesses, however it is particularly popular with the logistics sector due to its superb communications. Junction 13 of the M25 is 3 miles to the north and Heathrow Airport can be reached within 20 minutes.
