Covid-19 vaccinations at your workplace

The Government aims to have everyone aged 18 years and over vaccinated by 19 July.

If you are a large employer the Covid-19 vaccination service can come to your business premises to enable your staff to get vaccinated at their place of work.

Surrey Business Awards 2021

These awards celebrate the best businesses in the county. There are 15 trophies to be won with awards for all-round excellence, as well as for those businesses demonstrating special strengths in areas such as innovation, customer service and professional services.

Flexi Season tickets now available for South Western Railway customers

South Western Railway customers who split their time between home and the office could save money and enjoy more flexible travel thanks to new flexible tickets.

The new Flexi Season ticket will enable customers to travel on any eight days in a 28-day period.

Financial support for the events industry

A new fund aimed at supporting the recovery of the events industry has been launched. The fund will provide financial support to not-for-profit organisations hosting domestic business events from 21 June to 17 December 2021.

Cash benefits for apprentice employers

Did you know that an employer can claim £3000 for taking on an apprentice between 1 April and 30 September? This is in addition to the £1000 which can be claimed for taking on a 16 to 18 year old apprentice.
