Tears of joy as Business Awards winners announced

There were scenes of joy, plenty of emotions and congratulations galore at this year’s Runnymede Business Awards which took place at Royal Holloway, University of London.

The awards event brought together dozens of businesses as well as support organisations to celebrate the hard work which goes into running the shops, firms and operators that together make up the borough’s vibrant business community.

Overall winner on the day was Addlestone-based KickX, which claimed the Business of the Year award and the Entrepreneur and Innovator of the Year Award.

Round 2 of Grants for Growth closes 26 July

The Grants for Growth scheme offers the chance for Runnymede-based small to medium sized businesses to apply for grants that can fuel innovation, drive growth, and propel your business forward. These grants are provided by Runnymede Borough Council from funding allocated through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
