Founded in 1989, we are now 30 years old.
• The organisation was founded on the belief that training and development needed to be more dynamic, tailored and based on detailed knowledge of clients’ operating environments and issues.
• We are a partnership based in Surrey but we operate nationally. We have also recently started working internationally, gaining business in the Middle East and West Africa.
• We are accredited by ILM (The Institute for Leadership & Management), City & Guilds, Kingston University, and the Chartered Management Institute. We are one of ILM’s largest centres in the UK.
• We are on the Education and Skills Funding Agency’s Register of Training Organisations and their Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers.
• We are members of the British Quality Foundation, the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
What we do
Cherith Simmons Learning & Development specialises in delivering accredited leadership and management programmes.
• We deliver internationally using a combination of highly interactive face-to-face workshops, self-study, distance and e-learning or blends of all the above to suit our client’s needs.
• We design and deliver management apprenticeship programmes tailored to the employer’s current management development needs.
• We have a sophisticated learning management system, FlexiLearner, which enables us to offer our clients and participants automated sign up processes, access to programme calendars and learning materials, plus online submission of assignments for accredited programmes.
• We have over 100 CPD benchmarked eLearning programmes.
• All programmes are tailored to the Client’s working environment and incorporate their own procedures and processes where this is appropriate.
• All programmes incorporate case studies based on the Client’s current challenges.
• In addition, we offer 360 online assessment tools based on Client’s organisational competences.
